Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Fan Girl x Minnesota State Fair Bingo Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Fan Girl Clothing (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or the Minnesota State Fair.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family or household members of Fan Girl Clothing are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on August 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 7, 2026. Entries posted outside of the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
- Complete a square on the Fan Girl x Minnesota State Fair Bingo board.
- Take a photo showing yourself completing the activity.
- Post the photo to Instagram or TikTok during the Giveaway Period.
- Include #FanGirlxMNFairBingo in the post.
- Tag @FanGirlClothing.
Each qualifying post representing a different completed Bingo square counts as one entry. Duplicate posts of the same completed square do not earn additional entries. Your social media account and qualifying post must be public or otherwise accessible to Fan Girl Clothing during the Giveaway Period and winner verification.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive a Fan Girl prize package with an approximate retail value of more than $500. Specific items may vary and will be determined by Fan Girl Clothing. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced September 9, 2026 through Fan Girl Clothing social media channels and may also be contacted directly through the social media account used to enter. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of contact and provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
7. Entry Requirements
Entries must be the entrant’s own content and must not contain unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing material. Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission from identifiable individuals appearing in submitted photos.
8. Permission to Share Entries
By entering, entrant grants Fan Girl Clothing permission to repost, share, and display the submitted social media content and entrant’s social media handle in connection with the Giveaway and its promotion, subject to applicable law and platform rules. Ownership of the original content remains with the entrant.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entrants who manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry verification, and administration are final.
11. Release
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fan Girl Clothing and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or the Minnesota State Fair. Participants agree to comply with applicable platform terms and policies.
